    I was letting someone host a content site for free on one of my domains for about a year. When I changed my hosting arrangements I asked her to move to a different domain where I've got other people hosting similar sites free of charge ("my labor of love").

    In the meantime, her site became extremely popular at the original location, had a lot of pages, and is still getting a huge amount of traffic from Google even though she's been on the new domain since December. It was my bad - as a courtesy, I was using .htaccess ReWrite to redirect the traffic to the new site, but Google apparently didn't know the diff. I removed the redirect about 3 months ago, then old directory entirely about a month ago, but I am still getting lots of requests from Google.

    It's driving me nuts.
    Is there any way I can get her old URL removed from the Google index?

    Thank You! I thought I'd seen that page last year but for the life of me I couldn't find it again. I'm still getting hundreds of requests per day for her pages and most are coming from Google.

    Thanks again Leader.<IMG src=>
