I have a potential client that is concerned with getting specifically, Latin America search users.

What I need to know is how to approach them with a plan. I'm assuming that Latin America users use the major search engines just like everyone else.

My client is waiting to sign the contract until I can tell her exactly what they use. Can anyone provide any feedback on international seo? I know google has country versions, but is that all to go after? Is there any data that tells me what search engines, regional or not, are being used by country?
