I read in another thread about people wanting the search engines to refresh more often to keep the listings fresh. I know Google updates once a month as far as placement in the search engine, but i've seen google update my listings almost daily. I've noticed some stuff i just put up the day showing up and getting some click thrus.

Very strange things happen with google sometimes.

A few months ago, google spidered a new site less than 24 hours after I uploaded it, and somehow indexed it the next day. Not only that, but it ranked well on literally every single word and phrase that I had on the page. It only lasted several hours before it disappeared from the google index again, but that was the fastest 12,000+ hits I've ever seen, or will ever see for awhile.
