    Now we are going to ask you a few questions specifically about Overture
    Using a ten-point scale where "10" means completely agree and "1" means completely disagree, to what extent do you agree with the following statements:

    yeah, I did this earlier today.
    I'll just say I gave a few 1's, and google/inktomi scored better than they did on those comparison questions.

    They could have saved whatever fee they paid the polling company (or inside staff devoted to that) just by listening up to what their departing customers were saying all along! Duhs...

    They didn't send me a survey. That could have something to do with the fact that I haven't funded the account since last year!

    The way it was put together, it did appear to me that someone somewhere at Overture MAY understand that there is a problem and to some extent knows the nature of the problem.

    There were no question about punishment of relevancy editors such as:

    "What punishment would you choose for those moron editors?"
    1) Slap on hand
    10) The Death Penalty

    Those email questions they asked were kinda wierd.
    like "would you use a service offered by overture that acquired new customers by email?" etc.. (can't remember exact wording)
    They had a box there for me.. the words "no, because that's spamming" went in. [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img]
