I found this link on the "Search Engine Forum" site. It supposedly tells you if the dance occured and will notify via email when it happens. http://check.9of.com/check.php

I registered an new URL yesterday and uploaded all the files to the new server. However, because the site is so new, it's not yet "Live", and I keep getting the hosting companies Under Construction page. My question is, should I go ahead and submit this site to Google in hopes that they might see it when it goes live or am I taking a big risk by submitting a URL that is not yet available? Any ideas?

You should just get your link out on other pages that are already in Google. Googlebot will find you.
