I'm getting completely new results from the main Google.. pages are in the catalogue which I only uploaded two days ago.

This is on the main www site, not www2 or www3.. anyone else getting this?

This is more than a fluctuation for me though.. I've suddenly got some great listings for some things, a whole new minisite listed and pages which I only just uploaded.

Yes that too, but some are playing peek a boo. Not bad, really, all in all.

No, no new update. They just had one after all....

Still, wild fluctuations as the aftermath of an major update isn't completely unheard of

I have a funny feeling that something went wrong with the dance last go-round and that Google is setting things straight now.

After the July dance one of my domains moved up to the #1 position for several keyword phrases I had targetted. After the August dance I had dropped down several positions for almost all my keyword phrases and even fell off the top ten for a couple of them. I just checked and it looks as if Google has put me back to where I was after the July dance.

Of course I'm very happy this has happened because my hits will go back up. But I'm also happy because now I can stop thinking about what I did wrong between the July and August dances to cause that domain to fall back to its pre-July positions. Phew! I was missing a lot of inbounds a few days ago, but now I have them back. Plus a near-top ranking for a two-day old page. Not bad.

I am seeing the same thing, except my new sites didn't get indexed. :-(

Plus, my changes are for the worse. Most of my keywords dropped a few spots.
