Could somebody explain the advantages or disadvantages of using one over the other. I'm considering using one of them to submit a few pages to Inktomi from a new site that I am working on.

After visiting the web sites of each, I'm still unsure what advantage one has over the other for submitting to Inktomi.

Didn't you ask this on another forum ?

Anyway, I don't know if any of you read Fantomaster's newsletter, but he did a test to see if it did make any difference using one paid inclusion provider over another. His conclusion: it appeared that submitting via iNeedHits meant that the Inktomi spider was slower to visit your site than submitting via Positiontech or Outrider.

Also, ineedhits support is pretty poor and their reports aren't nearly as user friendly as the Positiontech ones.

Thanks for the reply markymark. I didn't ask this on another forum.

There was something in another thread about a partnership between Inktomi & Amazon, but I don't think that'll affect my decision to list some of the pages on my new site with them.
