    Does Google follow drop down menus the same as following a text link? I always wondered about that.

    I pretty sure it depends on how you've implemented your menus. If it's all contained in a script then google won't crawl it. However, if you keep the layers outside the script and just use the script to change their visibility then SE's should be able to crawl it.

    What Tweaker said. If there is a regular a href tag anywhere in the drop down menu, then Google can crawl it, otherwise I would use a noscript tag to ensure that the pages get crawled.
