    Google is nowadays good at crawling dynamic urls...but its still better to use static ones.

    If you dont have a choice use apache's rewrite module and .htaccess file to rewrite dynamic urls so that it *appear* Static

    In your example the url becomes something like

    "The Future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their Dreams."

    If you link it from a static page, I think it would be crawled. I think it won't be crawled only if you link to it from another dynamic page as well.

    I have also found you can use ssi to mask php.

    I am almost positive it will, I know in the case of ASP it would for sure, for example if it was, it would be no problem.

    But this will be a problem:

    Basically more than 2 parameters is no good with mighty Google
