How can you find out a page's PR when you can't run their toolbar on your computer?

There are ways to mathmatically figure out your PR ranking, but it is very extensive and not completely accurate in my view.
I did a quick research on your question and here's what I found that was interesting.
Here's a good forum thread on the topic of google bar XML feed.
Googles TOS on attempting to access their XML feed.
