I've been away from SEO for awhile. Anyone know how often Google is refreshing their database with new OPD listings these days? Any idea when new DMOZ listings will starting showing in the Google directory?

This is two separate questions. Dmoz is spidered every day by Google, so Dmoz backlinks should appear every update. However, Google haven't added any new backlinks from any site for approximately a month and a half.
Regarding the directory listings, Google get the RDF dump at the same time as everyone else who uses ODP data. Off the top of my head, I don't know when that was though I believe you can find the information somewhere on Dmoz itself. Dynamoo will probably know this. But, again, because of the changes going on at Google, the directory hasn't been updated in a while.
Not a very satisfactory answer, but that's the situation at the moment.
