    Let's do some math ...

64 days ago: my new site (service) launches. I use Google AdWords to get some customers until I get good SE placement.
60-40 days ago: I launch a few new sites
(about) 40 days ago: the new sites ALL get a PR (went from PR 0 to PR2, 3, ...) except the one I promote on AdWords
40-20 days ago: I launch some new sites
about a week ago: the new sites ALL get a PR (went from PR 0 to a higher PR) except the one I promote on AdWords ...

The funny thing is: the "service" site has, belive it or not, more inbound links then all the other sites I launched since then, many from sites with good PR (5 or 6). And yet it alone remains on PR0 and crappy SE placement while other (newer) sites get good placement and decent PR.

I've never had problems getting my sites into Google and building a good PR, but this one is acting strange. Then I've been thinking: this is the ONLY site I have ever used Google AdWords to promote...

While this could be a total coincidence, it got me belive that Google is INTENTIONALLY not giving good placement/Page Rank to new sites that are promoted with AdWords. WHY? To continue getting the bucks from AdWords, of course...

    Anyone had similar experience?

    Any thoughts?

No, Adwords and natural search listings have nothing to do with each other.

Right, nothing whatsoever to do with each other.

I advertised a site with Adwords and it got a starting PR of 6.
I launched it at the same time I did two other websites. One got a PR of 4 and the other a PR 5.
C4, I think your experience with the Adwords website is just a fluke.

Just be patient, Google is not working in predictable ways, but eventually it does the best job.
