I have sites that are now all php. I usually use a tool that tells me my keyword density to know how I'm doing for SEO, but on my php pages it says search engines won't index them because of the ? in the url. Does anyone know of a tool that will let me figoure my keyword density for php pages?

Which tool do you use for the html pages? Any I've tried have not made one bit of sense, or even come close to being correct.
