Well, it's kind of CJ related, because It effects my CJ marketing efforts :O

For Overture, if you have you ad bidded to be the #1 listing, you get placed at the top of Yahoo sponsored section right?
Now, the Overture keyword tool says, say for 'brass widgets', 200 clicks per month...

Does that estimate include partners like Yahoo etc?
Or would the '200 clicks/month' be more like 10 or 20 times more because of all the partners like Yahoo, MSN etc???

    Thanks

    Hi daweller1,

Yes, your Overture totals include clicks from partners such as Yahoo.

Although in my experience, the Overture figures overestimate traffic by about 3 or 4 times.

No, it doesn't. The Overture search tool estimates the number of searches not clicks. Quick rule of thumb: divide the number of searches by four for the total number of clicks. Then you need to estimate how many of those clicks you'll get depending on which position you appear in.
