I wonder if Google could spider new .tld (.biz,.name,.info,.tv,.pro,.web) etc. Anybody has experience in optimizing their web pages with new .tld ? Any advantage of using new tld to improve search rangking ?

I don't think that Google is going to care/know one way or the other. If it did or any other search engine, then everyone would be in an uproar every time a new extension is added.

Also, remember that the Internet does not really function off of domain names, it functions off of IP addresses. The Domain Name is just for us Humans because it's easier to type and remember. If the Domain Name can resolve to the IP, then it will work.
