Anyone else seeing drastic drops in yraffic starting on Saturay? My main site has dropped by 500 visitors a day. It's not a google problem. My best guess right now would be Yahoo

500 per day would hardly be noticeable.

Must be one heck of a stats program you have to be able to pick up incremental fluctuations like that.

Traffic is going great on my site.

I can see even the tiniest dips in traffic as Urchin 5 is a great stats program. Tells me every referral to hit my site, every search term used and how many times each of my 3500+ pages are viewed each day.

I'm experiencing the same thing, but it's a combination of both Yahoo and MSN that is causing it. I'm down about 1500 unique visitors which really hurts when you're relatively new and only had about 2000

I don't know for sure if my site was penalized due to the fact that Google, Yahoo, and MSN all hit my site all at the same time for a major crawl and knocked out the host's MySQL server. The host didn't get it back up for 2 hours (crappy host) and by that time the spiders had abandoned my site.

My traffic dropped by 60% during the first two weeks of April, but sales were up. I can't figure that one out. Traffics back to normal now and sales are more than double from last year. Cha-ching!
