    Got this from the register.com e-newsletter. Shows the popularity of search engines:

    Just goes to show that when reaching the US you can't ignore MSN, AOL and Yahoo.

    AOL = Google
    That brings Google to 43% market share in the USA.

    ACK! Your're right! How did I miss that. How did they miss that?

    Nonetheless my point was to show the gain in popularity of non-Google SE's. And these numbers are before the release of the new MSN search engine.

    You really can't say Google=AOL as results still vary between the two. The same can be said for MSN and Yahoo
