    This is good. Because I cannot seek google/overture backing down so this will resolve the trademark use.

    If it goes for geico, I imagine this will seriously push the bho's ability to operate. Remember a merchant can always allow the use of the trademark, but this will only be an issue with those who do not want it used. Of course sometimes the best time to use it is not when you are advertising for that company.

    Should be interesting.
