Overstock.com filed the first lawsuit under Utah's new anti-spyware law, targeting competitor Smart Bargains for advertising through Claria's pop-up ad software

It's pretty obvious Smart Bargains just wants to feed off the work of others. LOSERS! I hope they get fried in court!
I'm not a big fan of Overstock's, but I do believe this is a good step in stopping this pop-up "comparison shopping" as a pseudo acceptable business practice.
