tradedoubler now allow international publishers to join and open an account

but they pay commission to Bank accounts in Europe or U.S. directly only

accept you --> do not pay you -->
    just like reject you

No cheque, no paypal, no money booker, no neteller, no int'l bank wire option

Not sure I understand... Just looked at TradeDoubler's payment options and their policy appears to be unchanged...

Please note: Unless you have a UK bank account you can not join a TradeDoubler UK program as you will not be paid.

Let me know where you saw the policy change.

    Thanks.

tradedoubler DO NOT allow international publishers to join and open an account in the past.

recently, tradedoubler allow international publishers to join and open an account, register, they give you an account to use, just they will not pay you unless you have a UK bank account!

    This is the difference.

They pay U.S. webmasters, is this correct ?

The support staff send me a email
and mentioned that in order ro get paid for commission

i have to have a bank account in Europe or U.S.

    based on this email reply,
    they allow US webmasters ??

    May be there is mis-understanding.

They will pay US Webmasters IF you have a UK bank account. Thought it interesting that their email mentioned UK or US account, but on their website, there does not appear to be any change from their previous policy of if you join and want to get paid, you need to have a UK bank account.

Why not send them a email to confirm ?

And let me know what you find out ?

At first, i guess they can pay US bank account directly too now is because they want large number of US webmasters.

Just like cj, no international direct deposit,
but UK is one of the exception.
but for cj, even no bank deposit, they send check,
thus it is not a problem for international affiliates

i think it is good for Tradedoubler to send chq's to all international affiliates failing which they loose a lot of market.

They can outsource this payment work to some other org if they feel this is a headache for them.

Payments by PayPal would be an easy method otherwise.

Yes they will. I don't have a UK bank account and I get paid. (Well actually I do, but that's not where my payment goes- but that's another story!)

    Hello everyone,

I would like to clarify this situation as it is easy to see how the confusion has manifested.

TradeDoubler can pay any international bank account, and, you dont have to be based in the UK or have a .co.uk site - both common myths.

If you are from the US, as an example, TradeDoubler require the following information:

    <UL TYPE=SQUARE>
    <LI>SWIFT code
    <LI>Account number
    <LI>Bank name[/list]

We can also effortlessly pay Company bank accounts too.

All we need you to do is register as an affiliate and then send an email to the support team to be enabled for international payment. Your account will be ready for payment within 24 hours.

TradeDoubler already work with many successful US affiliates who have European traffic, or, are expanding their reach with new ventures.

If you have any further queries, please send me an email with abestweb as the subject and I will get back to you shortly.

    Kind regards,

    Nick

    Hi Nick,
Glad to see someone from the best network out there on this board!
I suggest you also have a look in the TD control panel on the Pyment Info page. It clearly states:

"Please note: Unless you have a UK bank account you can not join a TradeDoubler UK program as you will not be paid."

Which sorta contradicts what you have just said. Maybe it needs rewording in the CP.
You might also wanna check out the support dept, as I had not had a reply from my support request from nearly a week ago!

Welcome to ABW (and keep posting) and make use of the input from your Affilites.

Maybe you should open your own forum here.

    Hi Speedy,

thank you for the compliments, TradeDoubler are certainly aiming for that accolade!

The payment information section has been updated to reflect our ability to pay international bank accounts.

On the subject of getting a TradeDoubler forum, this is something I am actively looking into, until then, I will be posting here on a regular basis.

Regarding your query, perhaps you could drop me an email and I will look into this for you.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Nick,

While we're on the topic of the Tradedoubler interface (we were, weren't we?) can you get the Ireland interface up to the standard of the UK one?

When I login, I see less news, less functionality and less-current information in general than I see when I 'Change Country' to UK.

Inevitably, this means I miss stuff that I should know about. To see what I mean. look at the TD homepage when you login from Ireland. Notice the bottom-left corner of the screen? - no link to any of the following:

    Program overview
    Affiliate InfoCentre
    Latest program info
    Programs not applied to

    Link matrix
    Email marketing
    Enhanced linking
    Keyword tracking
    Content generator

There you go - now aren't you glad you popped in here?

    All the best
    KM

Some confusion still needs to be cleared.

"Bank Name, Swift Code, Account Number". Plain and simple.

BUT....try to submit the US bank account number (yes, "international payment" has been enabled for the account) and an error message pops up.

Is there an additional step for U.S.-based affiliates? There should be something up front to give a Merkin reasonable assurance that there TD will be able to pay. I want to find out now rather than finding out the hard way when payment is due and cannot be made.
