    Does anybody know the secret of getting good support from PaySystems?

    I know Celicaphile has had a good experience in that regard, but in my experience PaySystems support ranges from slow, superficial, and grudging (on a good day) to non-existent.

    What's the secret? Does phone work best? Which phone number? E-mail to the general address? E-mail to a specific support tech's address? Their live-chat thingie? Smoke signals?

    What's it take to really engage these folks in some meaningful support give-and-take?
