be glad that's all you get....

Clickbank handles mostly digital products... so there are a lot of returns because of overselling, fraud and under delivering....

All merchants have to give a 90 day money back guarnatee.

If you sell good products and offer support then I have found returns to be less than 2%.

I have promoted 1 product with 20% returns. It tought me a great lesson. - You should buy and test product yourself before promoting it!

If you offer c**p and never bother to answer emails then expect high returns.

Keep in mind there is a legitimate reason for being 'liberal' about giving refunds...

Refunds are a whole lot less expensive than the alternative, charge backs, which often can have a surcharge associated with them, so essentially not only was the refunded price repayed, but a fee of $10+ (depending on the merchants merchant agreement).

A refund is less expensive than a chargeback, and a customer who asks for a refund, may just as easily up that refund request to a chargeback, if said refund request is not promptly responded to.

I actually saw a decline in refunds this month compared to the others.
