Could anybody tell me what is the percentage of customers we are losing by sending them to QVC and they dial the toll free number, leaving us without any commissions.

Although I am making some commissions from QVC but the conversion rate is not very convincing.
How do we deal with the advertisers who have listed their tollfree number right below the shopping cart?
We work hard to bring them the buyers and they start talking on the phone.

Don't forget the 1-day cookie duration too. How many users order after the 24-hour period?

Thinking hats on ...QVC is a telemarketing infomercial frontend for drop shippers.

I would actually think you probably don't lose that many customers via 1800 number from QVC because the lines are always busy, it's just easier to order online.

I am converting at about 4%, I don't know if that is great or not, but I figure I don't get a lot of sales when they are out of the item somebody wants. I have been getting a lot of emails (people who of course think I'm QVC) asking when I'll be getting something in, or what size does it come in, etc. Therefore, I am just assuming that they don't know what they want to order and leave.
