Any other non-Americans read the new terms and conditions? American sites only. Well, guess that's one more off MY site.

My site is hosted in America does that count as an American site? or is it classed as a Canadian site because I live in Canada?

Mine's hosted in the States too but the clause reads in its long list of no-no's:

"...and/or be based outside of the United States"

All they need to do is run a whois and know I'm run based out of Canada. SO...off they come. No need to forfeit any comissions if I get caught.
