A while back someone posted a URL for a site that you could enter something like https://216.127.76.130:19638/ and it would spell outfor you where or what that was. I thought I saved it but - duh! Does anyone have it?

Offers more options and info than the vast majority of such online tools. My favourite feature is the option to see the name of the owner of the IP-block, great in cases where a lookup for a specific IP address returns nothing.

Cool. A new toy to play with. I find it really annoying you can't put an IP number into netsol anymore and get a return.
