    Helppppp.

Our service club transferred the billing contact for one of our organization's name last May. We even received confirmation that the changes had been completed for both our .com and our .org domain names.

The .com name is fine, but the .org evidently wasn't transferred to the new billing contact, and now it's on hold for deletion.

Dotater has the expiration date as July 7, 2003, but Network Solutions has the expiration date as 2004.

Also Contact both companies to see where the mistake was. Usualy they are like "Sorry" but you never know until you call.

    Thanks,

The Network Solutions expiration date is for when the site will nominally expire from "ON HOLD" or "PENDING DELETE" status. In truth, it will drop more quickly than that.

Namewinner might be your best bet for recovering it.
