Is it advisable to use “n” instead of “and”? Like “xNy.com” rather than “xANDy.com”. Asking this as I already have a domain name with “n” in it and whenever I tell people to check my site they always type with “and”.

Want to get a vote for what everyone think.

Register both and have one redirect to the other.

Depends how you are planning to market it.

Visual - online, newspaper, etc - ok

Aural - radio, tv (because people listen to ads more than they watch), word-of-mouth - problem

You might not be planning to invest in the first two aural options... but never underestimate word of mouth. Best as The_Boston_Crab says to get both and redirect the 'and' version.

You answered your own question...if people are confusing it, at the very least you need to do what the others have suggested.
