One of my sales just became Locked on CJ. Their FAQs kinda lead me to believe that I'll still get the comission, but the red color makes me worry a bit. What does this mean exactly?

    Thank you!!

Take comfort in the fact that it's almost as much of a bummer to reverse good commissions.

Every time I reverse a sale I feel like I'm taking an axe to the tree that is our affiliate program.

    Thankfully, it's still growing.

I also have had the same event happen and have never seen this before. If it was reversed, why isn't it just listed as reversed? I'm also curious as to why and the company itself. Who was your locked transaction with? Mine is from OneShare.

Mine was through HostRocket selling a web hosting account. I always thought if something was reversed, it would be listed as 'Reversed' rather than 'Locked' but I've never had either so I wasn't really sure if they even used the word 'Reversed'.

Worse reversal I ever got was a Rolex watch sale posted 12/23/2003 for $14,443 from Overstock. Reversed on 12/25/2003 due to the guy complaining the day display was in Italian. Seems the customer service folks didn't know enough to tell him all he had to do was pull out the watch stem and rotate the display to English. They all come with 26 languages....idiots. Least they could have done was post the reversal on 12/26 rather then Christmas day...

Hey I make sites where rich folks feel comfortable paying $15K for items on sale....
