I am a newbie on the board. I use CJ as well as a few other affiliate programs.
I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed that the acquisition rate for offers have significantly decreased on CJ between October and January. Some offers I have pushed for months have suddenly stopped producing sales and I am using the same ads with the same promos. I don’t understand it.

Perhaps it's just ad fatigue?
Do you have a lot of repeat visitors to your site? If so, you probably need to change out your ads pretty regularly.
Also, the period of October through mid-December typically has steadily increasing conversions as Christmas approaches. If you've seen a drop-off since Christmas, it might just be consumers returning to a "normal" mentality.
