What look do you give your websites? Do you have little butterflies, angels or fairies all over the place or do you go for a clean sleek corporate kind of look?

I voted "corporate", but mine are more in-between. While I like a straightforward look to my site, there's no flash and dash to make it look corporate. I also try to have fun with a logo once in awhile.

So while there are no butterflies or angels (blech!), there's no high-tech fancy-schmancy stuff, either.

Since "organized sneeze" wasn't a choice, I was unable to vote.

Come on abw people I've seen some of the websites in your sig lines. Most of them have angels, butterflies and ponies.

Voted. Wow and 22% picked that one.
    I'm not the only one.

Karl..that sounds like a challenge to me. I'm putting that on my "Things to do when I want to procrastinate" list. Be on the look out.

Just to clarify. If you used any of the colors close to pink, fusia, purple or yellow on your page you'll need to vote cute.

I have a site that has both purple and yellow on it and don't think it qualifies for cute.

Most sites I see with Pinks, pastel colors butterfies and hearts I'd classify as "organized sleeze". Those porn webmasters must paint graphics with a limp wrist & lisp.

That description fit mine better than "corporate" but I must add ... and simple enough for a simple mind to edit it. The KISS principle in action.

That's probably for disinformation purposes, LOL!

The yellow on my recipe site isn't cute. It's bright and cheery but no cutie gifs (EW!) are roaming around the place.

Commercial sites have nongirly border colors and white centers. That's because I've never seen a girl say "ew, too masculine"--but I've seen plenty of men shy away from femme-looking stuff! Sux but it's true, and I don't want to chase out 1/2 the buyers.

As with most things, can we really judge our own sites with discretion? Most of us think there sites are GREAT! But others say YUK YUK YUK….

    So how can one judge?

I voted organized sleeze OOOPS sneeze for mine.

May I suggest a flamingo sitting in a lawnchair with a cigar in one hand and a lemonade in the other? Yeah--that's the ticket.
