I just got a sale for over 10 grand! 600 dollars in commissions.

    Racerwheel.com

So, is it going to be reversed?

Do you know what was ordered? and where it was ordered from? I would contact the merchant for this one. That is a lot of money for one order

It probably depends on the product. We've had a couple sales in the tens of thousands here- I kept my fingers crossed for months in some cases to make sure. For example- once we had a gentleman who purchased an around the world trip for his family when he retired- and a very happy affiliate when he got in the first plane and the comissions started coming in. Sales for just airplane tickets are more suspect when they reach high numbers.

My biggest sale ever was shoes.com, not quite as huge.. but one for 6400.00 and one for 7300.00 and they paid me 10%, until they reversed them . Turns out someone was ordering for a prison and went through my links but they were supposed to order directly from shoes... UGH!

Seems a hell of a lot of money for the products that Racerwheel sell. Those Nigerians must have been looking for some parts

Fingers crossed the order go through. Merchants should honor all orders/commissions, we did our job, we sent the customer and they purchased. The item might not be in stock, but I'm sure once it is in stock they'll email the customer, but will the affiliate see the commission???

I hate "OTHER" as a reason for reversals!!!

I filled out CJ's questionnaire and that was what I put in the comments section.
I see no reason why they cannot make that clearer. It seems that every time I get a big sale it is reversed due to "OTHER".
    NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION!
    Sorry Witness.

Damn, so sorry about that Witness, I would send them the url of this thread and ask them to explain the reversal.

Let's open a new post. Everyone give us your ideas of what 'other' could mean.
How many reasons could there be for a reversal? Are there so many that they have to be grouped into 'other' Bullcrap

    What a stupid reason 'other'

IF CJ doesn't want to add more options for the merchants then they should at least put in a small field where the merchant can type in their own explaination. That way they could give the exact reason for a reversal...not much to ask for.

I am thinking of starting a new poll:

Will Racerwheel.com reply to my email?

    No.

    No.

    No.

One day, many months from now.
