Monday I needed to do that for one of my merchants because an affiliate said they hadn't received credit for a sale..
I called the CJ 1800 # as a merchant and gave them the order # and date and all information I had about the affiliate ID and they were able to to look at that sale.
They also helped me put through a manual transaction to fix the situation in favor of the affiliate.
Either way if you are coming from the merchant angle you should be able to call and if you are an affiliate you should have the merchants with the questionable order call for you.
