    Hello CJ

Any chance someone could narrow the columns for Amount and Commission in the transaction report page? They are making the reports too wide to fit onscreen and scrolling right to see the reports is a pain.

    Thanks!

Seems that the update has not finished yet. I miss the red mark for negative amounts and warnings. I also got an error on page when I tried to select a link to SmartZone on View Link page.

    Hey CJ,
I've been working on product links and I'm lucky to create 2 before having to login and start all over again. Are you aware of this glich?

I noticed it keeps logging me out also. And I was only checking my reports.

I've noticed that when I go to get a Product Link from a vendor that I *know* has bunches of them, they're not there.

    Just one suggestion:
I would like to be able to generate transaction reports according to EVENT DATES and not POSTING DATES!!

As it stands now (and has been since the last "major" update), the only way to get a precise day-to-day transaction record for the past few days is to generate a trxn report covering these few days, download it, and then sort through the entries manually - which is a real hassle.

It's also baffling how Performance Reports are generated based on EVENT DATES, and yet Transaction Reports are on POSTING DATES.

Put me down for a "me too" on the column width issue.

Plus the headings of many of the other columns are padded out with clear images, which makes THOSE columns wider than they really need to be too.

I don't care for pretty reports - I want to see the raw data.

    Ditto about the column width.

And that the transaction sorting should be by EVENT date.

And the inability to see the product links.

Ditto I agree, Also I have a suggestion that when a reversal comes (like today) the action type should be reversal not sale. I got a reversal and it said action type: sale, but my balance went down. Quite confusing the reports are and I get excited when a sale gets reported, but it's a reversal very confusing not a sale, hope you get that fixed soon.

freedom, it's not freedom till you build a business model where you can leave and the commissions will still be there. :0).

Merchants! As long as you are partnered with parasiteware you will not be listed on my site.

Me too, Mike, and it's very very frustrating.

The problem is that this happened BEFORE the big change, and I was contacting merchants about this matter in the last 2 weeks.

I want to sell, but I want the instruments for selling, either!

    CJ please fix:

    1. Column width on reports (too wide)
    2. Reversals/negatives in reports should remain red
    3. Navigation at top AND BOTTOM of all pages!
    4. Allow publishers to set our own defaults for reports pages (i.e., sort by event date, sort by 7-day EPC, etc.) instead of setting defaults for us

Plus, the date format changed. Now it is a text field (instead of a date field) when you download the data to Excel.

Found an error in reporting. When one runs a transaction report for the month, then clicks on the Sales column, it sorts instead by commission column, not sales amount.

Todd, are you reading this stuff or does everyone need to submit it via AAQ?

(Oh, btw, it locked up twice just while I was checking out the reports area)

Well if todd is reporting bugs and getting them fixed I have a couple of suggestions.

    1. Stop trying to hide reversals behind pathetic excuses.

    2. How about restoring datafeed usability that was wrecked when the feeds were "upgraded"?

    3. Stop letting the parasites run the place.

I know 1, 2 & 3 are unlikely to be fixed but its worth a try.

I think it's improved, but it's not fixed.

    MODERAOTRS!

Perhaps all the *****y CJ threads should be closed and a positive critique thread created so we can send CJ our needs without all the unnecessary sarcasm.
