I had a bunch of reversals today and I noticed an improvement (no it's not less reversals)
but the Transaction Detail report is giving us much more details:
    Transaction Detail
    Original Transaction ID
    Correction Transaction ID
    SID
    Event Date 11-Feb-2004 10:4:38 PST
    Original Transaction Posting Date
    11-Feb-2004 10:16:57 PST
    Correction Transaction Posting Date

    Correction Reason Cant Ship/Sold Out
    Original Amount $119.95 USD
    Original Commission $14.39 USD
    Correction Amount ($119.95) USD
    Correction Commission ($14.39) USD

It should be good for partial reversals like for Zappos

First time I'm pleased looking at my reversals

I think we have had this information for over a year. What do you see that is different?

I don't remember seeing SID information and
    Original Amount
    Original Commission
    Correction Amount
    Correction Commission
I'm looking at my reports several times a day and I don't remember it.
    I may be wrong
I had several reversals with partial corrections and it was a first for me.

I'm confused, may be I need new glasses. I had a drop of around $500.00 in my balance. First I was unable to see why I had that drop, then I saw the (), not obvious, red was much better. But I can't be positive about the pop up screen.

I think we have had that available since we launched offer management almost a year ago. You are referring to the pop up info when you click on txn ID, right?

Yes, it's the detail on the transaction ID. I'm not using the same computer, different resolution, the screen look different, never had a partial reversion before (or never look closely). Sorry for that.
But one thing for sure my report don't look too good because the columns for the dates are not wide enough.
    On one page, I have
    1-Mar-
    2004
    14:51
    PST
    on an other, I have
    1-Mar-
    2004
    15:53 PST
    yesterday it was 5 lines
    29-
    Feb-
    2004
    07:03
    PST
    It's hard to read
Can you ask your team to do something, thanks
