    Just noticed I did not receive my CJ datafeed. I always receive my update message on Thursday and it did not come this time.

    Did anyone else get theirs on Thursday?

    I was just coming here to post the same thing.

    I usually get daily feeds, but 2/24 was the last time I got one.

    There are some other threads about missing Product Catalogs. I suspect that the problems are related.

    Wow, it appears to be more than just one day.

    Sounds like this is a bit more than just the reporting server that is having problems at CJ.

    Sure would be nice to get an update from them about all this (hint, hint)

    Ditto. Didn't get mine either. No notice about it or anything???

    I didn't receive my feed notification either, supposed to be on Fridays, but zippo this week..

    K I am getting a weekly all merchant feed in addition to my daily updates only feed which I requested.
    I am not sure why.
    Maybe I'm special.
    All I know is, I am not knocking it as my daily feed hasn't been seen in a week.
    The weekly full feed did show up today.
    Something strange is afoot at the Circle K.

    Came yesterday. I usually get mine on Thursdays so I'm not sure if they are five days late or two days early.

    I hope it is late as there is one merchant who sent CJ their update at least a week ago and my feed still shows their last update as being last November.

    Got mine today, it's dated as of last Friday when the update was scheduled. No problems with the data that I can see.

    Yep, got mine to. I didn't contact CJ because it seems like when I do, they set it up in a new way and I have to change my scripts that pull it for me. This way it came through as normal just really late

    I broke down yesterday and paid for the cj feed. Now I feel like a little kid on Christmas eve!! How long until you get it the first time?

    It's not alot to remember that "A LOT" is too words!

    You should be able to get a definitive answer from AAQ (Ask a Question on CJ).

    When I first signed up, I was receiving the feeds weekly. I think it was on Thursdays. I'm not sure if everyone is on the same schedule.

    I requested that they change my feeds to "Daily", which they did. (I wouldn't recommend doing this unless you actually plan on using them daily, though!)

    Michael is right. Weekly is good in the begining.

    AAQ folks are fantastic at helping you with this. Contact them and they will set you up.

    The only problem you may encounter is if make changes to your feed, you may have to wait until the following week before your next feed to see them. It's not convenient (and I'm not complaining), but it's just the way they are set up and you might find it frustrating if you don't know how it works.

    Have fun. Datafeeds open up a whole new world [of headaches]. LOL
