    OK, gather round everybody, I am going to tell you a story.

    1) The transaction back log due to the deployment this weekend is now caught up. On average, transactions should be reported to the members area within 1.5 - 2 hours after they are tracked.

    2) Column width for txn reports has been corrected so you no longer have to scroll horizontally.

    3) Member area stability. We are still correcting this problem but have identified the problem and are working to implement a solution - hopefully as soon as today. In the mean time, you will have intermittent problems logging in and will sometimes get kicked out while logged in.

    4) Removal of red numbers for corrected txns. This was done as part of the overall international project that was deployed this weekend. I have submitted a request to switch it back. I do not know if this will happen but at least it has been submitted.

    Here is an unrelated question...

    Is there a way to pull reports of ALL transcations ( reversed, corrected, extended, whatever..) for EACH merchant in a yearly report... I would like to run quartly and annual reports by merchants and see the sales vs returns without having to check each and every month. One report would be nice. If there is a way to do this, and I have missed it, please explain. Thanks )

    Also, could transactions from Feb. 12th to 21st be reprocessed/double-checked? Things were *very freaky* during that period.

    I've got one for you.

    On the reporting screen, after getting there by hitting "run reports", if you select the "Exact Period" option, the default day of the month is correctly set to be today's date, but the default month is set to January, not the current month.

    While reporting for the missing days, I thought I had made some pretty good money -- just like a few days in January. Then I realized that those WERE the days in January that I was reporting on.

    Export the data - on a daily, weekly or monthly basis (depending on your transaction volumes) - load it into your own database and then you can generate any type of report you want.

    I agree with Anne. It would be nice to be able to pull a yearly report instead of month by month. Linkshare have this option where you can just type in the time period you want to run a report on and Voila!

    I'm not sure why they shut down the Reporting tab. Transactions are posting within 30 minutes now. (You can still get to them with "Review new transactions" at the bottom of the main page.)

    not sure if this is a bug but when I do a "select all" for my pending offers I get a javascript error - "ddocument is undefined.

    Any one else seeing this ?

    Javascript errors are occurring with smart zone - where one wishes to add several banners at a time, this option is on the fritz.

    Plus need alphabetical order of all that SHOULD be listed alphabetically. Sure, the search function is cool but then it lists merchants out of whack alphabetically causing loss in time and added frustrations . . .

    It looks like the only report that works right now is the Transaction report. Everything else is stuck on yesterdays numbers. I'm always amazed how the reversals can make it through though no matter what

    Yep, i'm seeing yesterdays stats when i login. Looks like another day of reporting problems/delays. I'm sure we'll see yet anothing reporting delay message at CJ sometime today.

    I went to find out why we are not reporting clicks in the members area. Our developers have identified the issue and are resolving it right now. I will get more information shortly.

    Ask them why we are not getting updated datafeeds next time you talk to them. If our feeds are not current, we, you and the merchants run the risk of lost sales for out of stock items. This is pretty serious for us all and I'd sure like my updated feed before CJ closes shop for the weekend.
