    If I'm correct, this is the 10th day this month that CJ has not been fully functional. That's over 1/3 of the month.

    It should definitely be an embarrassment to the teams responsible for QA, infrastructure, and deployment. They definitely have some great people there, but they should probably look into getting some staff that is more experienced in handling large-scale projects.

    Minimizing down-time should be an essential consideration with sites like CJ. I realize it isn't not simple, but look at sites like Google. They have 10's of thousands of servers, and when was the last time you saw any downtime with them?

    I had a CJ merchant email me yesterday asking me to sign up for their program. I frankly told them I'm currently not signing up for any new CJ merchant programs until CJ can improve thier functionality.

    Michael hit the nail on the head in his comments above. CJ has a great staff, they just need to take a step back and see how to do this in the future without all these problems. If this was a one time thing, we'd all understand, but it is like this nearly every time.

    I'm certainly not thrilled that their reporting is down again but I have done more business during their "down time" than I did prior to the start of "new product launch".

    It may just be a coincidence or it may be that they have fixed something that was costing us money.

    I can't get in now but I was able to a little bit ago. Either it's one hell of a bad day or reporting is still behind today.

    Anybody else notice reporting is off?

    Today has been a bad, bad, bad, bad day for commissions at CJ. Not much going on.

    Is it the CJ update still trying to catch up?

    Is it the other publishers in the network that CJ promotes to its advertisers stealing from me?

    Is it just one of those days?

    I'll probably never know...

    Access to CJ has been on again, off again all day. My sales are down 90% today per CJ's reporting. If there is no back log, then I'd find it hard to believe there are no tracking issues.

    Well, folks, this appears to be day 11 where functionality at the CJ web site is again impared. That's 40% of the days of this month so far (up to and including today).

    This has got to be the worst. I don't ever recall this many days like this in one month or in one stretch of time.

    When I started this post on Feb. 26 it was after a bad week dealing with problems at the CJ web site. Since that time, things have gotten worse. There have been multiple system failures including no reporting, delayed reporting, site inaccessibility, system crashes, site slowness, datafeed delays and no CJ email or newsletters from merchants from Feb. 20-March 4.

    This is just not acceptable!!!
