Couldn't we give Mr. "No" the benefit of the doubt? We are talking of a network where 1-800 is "in "compliance" and WhenU is actively being pushed by the sales staff. Hard to imagine what dastardly acts he could possibly have done to get dropped by CJ.

As much as I hate a cheat I do agree with you web_novice, if its good enough for the networks to give the thieving parasites 60 days they should at least extend the same courtesy to us smaller affiliates. This is just yet another example of the way the networks put the parasites ahead of us honest affiliates.

I deactivated your account because... oh wait I'm not Todd and this isn't CJ. Hey here is an idea get a hold of them. You can come back here to ***** if you want but it doesn't make any sense to try an contact someone for official business through a message board.

Weeding out the yard has to start somewhere. Nice to see CJ starting to protect their merchants from fraululent affiliates. No work on the obvious ones like 180Solutions who steal millions without any USERS CHOICE from those drive-by installs.

What Mike said (the *coherent* Mike).

It's nice that we can ask questions here and they will see them and sometimes they will be nice enough to answer them. But to *expect* them to address our queries here is ridiculous.

before we judge, we have to know exactly what this fraudulent activity is.

is this an affiliate issue? or some website visitor doing all the fraud?

i've seen affiliates hijacking the traffic of others, so i'd be happy to see these unfair competitors go. on the other hand, if it is the visitors doing all the fraud, then this is something that we have no control over with, and we should be warned first.

on a side note, i did two test transactions with a merchant last month. both invoices came out saying that they have to do the credit card processing manually. my cards were naturally charged - because there's nothing wrong with them, but guess what? not a single transaction came out in the cj reports. fraud?
