I have not received my 2003 tax form 1099-Misc. Did anybody receive it yet? I cannot file my tax return without it.

I had the same problem. I had moved last year and they did not update the mailing address. We eventually got it figured out.

Did you earn more than $600 with CJ merchants, in 2003?

You can still file your tax return with it if you know the amount you earned. Check through the payment reports for your account and add your total for 2003. It is the same amount that would be on your 1099-misc, which you don't turn into the IRS anyway,

We have some companies which we didn't get them either, but if you keep good records it shouldn't be a problem.

The should've sent you one. Other than an address change, sambay is right, if you didn't earn $600 from them, they don't need to send one anyway. Another reason to keep good records.

Right, and as long as you declare equal to, or more than all of your 1099's there will be no issue with the IRS.
