I had one sale over $500 and one over $600 that were reversed for the reason "unqualified lead"..what does that mean?
Does that mean they decided some parasite should get the credit instead?
They have 45 return days..

Connie I actually asked the same question in the Forum a couple of weeks back when I had two big reversals for "unqualified lead"! I had no response from anybody so I decided to ask CJ. They came back and said I should ask the merchant (which I did). Apparently it means "invalid credit card". Don't know if I buy that, but I guess it's no use trying to fart against thunder. Just have to accept the merchant's explanation I guess. This was actually the first time I've ever seen that reason for a reversal - cost me $118 in reversed commissions too. By the way in my case it was another merchant, not Eagle Computer.
