What if this cpontinues to go wrong and wrong and suddenly Txns stop for days...?

CJ should ask for urgent help at Oracle, external experts may be needed if internal people is not accepting their own imperfection.

Maybe the Oracle at Delphi would be a better source for reports.

I'm sure they already have external consultants working on their servers when needed.

The oracle told me this would happen

I think there is a real feeling that CJ is not in full control. True or not, the many problems that CJ can't seem to fix make people feel that way.

And that fear that they are not in control rolls over to tracking.

Todd, what assurance can you give us that CJ is indeed in control? What assurance can you give everyone that CJ can fix these problems in the very near future? Let's be open and address these issues and concerns. You can't keep coming in here every day and say reporting will be caught up tomorrow. It just does not fly anymore.

I have this terrible feeling that one of these times something's going to break and they won't be able to roll the systems back to a stable configuration. There's been a lot of fiddling going on. I hope someone's kept good records on the various configs they've tested. (Parallel processing would have been nice.)

And yet, I also suspect that the CJ/BeFree merge is going to have a qksrv fix piggybacked on it. So maybe all this craziness will be worthwhile in the end.

Why do you think that would be worthwhile? Anyways you have to expect a big mess with any big merger.
