They had a pending offer last week that you had to accept. Maybe you missed it and now they are expired for you? Not showing expired for me.

oh darn your right. I had to re-apply.. also another thing is based on there terms of service.

You are not permitted to include affiliate links on any ebay.com page.

What the **** they can't tell me how to run my business? so I can't have any other affiliate links on any page that premotes ebay? this is pure BS.

    This doesn't make since.

the way it's worded sounds like you can't have ebay aff links in any auctions you have running on ebay, in your ebay profile page, in an ebay store you run, etc.

its a bit naughty how they expire you!!! because being a uk affiliate, i would not be able to reapply as they do not allow international affiliates any more!

lucily i noticed them in my offers pending, i would have been gutted if i had missed it! over 200 links all over my sites no longer working would have been fun!

They're saying that you can't run affiliate links in an auction that you're running. That's a good thing, because it would suck to send a highly targetted visitor to eBay only to have them click on a link on an auction (or worse yet, have a popup set the cookie from that auction) thereby stripping you of your commission.

I still can't figure out why they won't allow me to promote my own items via the editor kit though. Yeah, I'd get a 5-cent commission on something I sold myself, but by not allowing this they stand to lose a lot more than they gain.

    regarding the pending offers part:

I saw this on my CJ.com "home" page.

    quote:

You have advertiser offers pending your approval!

This is at least a step in the right direction.

To bad I had 2 merchants expire on me at the end of the month, and haven't received ANYTHING about that yet.

Scott, I saw that as well - get advice? Why not just link directly to the pending offers?

Question for Todd, is CJ paid by how many small windows they can pop open?
