Is anyone else experiencing extreme backlog delays today? My last event date occured at 6:30AM PST, posted at 8:33amPST and nothing has posted since. For me, it is close to 4 hours and counting.

I haven't had a single sale today. Yesterday was pretty wretched, too.

Reporting is 1h:45m:03s behind tracking. This is in the normal range.

I think it's twice normal at the moment, but who's counting?

after the recent problems and especially the changes, maybe normal has to be re-specified.

    but I'm getting sales.

Great day for sales today and my last reported was at noon cali time. Most showing a 3-4 hour delay. I don't mind delays when I'm seeing sales.

Yeah great sales day, "Noon Cali" was 4 hours ago.

My concern isn't with delays. They can report today's sales next June and pay me next September for all I care.

What I AM concerned about is whether all sales are being reported, and to the proper affilate at that.

Sales are coming in fine, seeing a 2 hr. delay. Delays don't really bother me as long as they show up, i'm happy

Well then, if there's a 2 hour delay, that means SOME sales are "coming in fine".

2 hours is twice what it was a couple of months ago but I'll take it. Anything is better than two day delays.

Or ALL sales are coming in, the reporting of them is delayed 2 hours.

Seriously, the last four days have been great. I sure hope this is a sign that CJ has their act together and we won't be expriencing all the serious trouble we have in the last 6-7 weeks.

I'll take 3-4 hour delays as long as the sales are actually reporting.

I now have 4 test purchases from yesterday that did not track.

I work very hard promoting CJ merchants and it is absolutely frustrating and alarming to find that I am not getting paid for sales that come through my links.

It's easy enough for CJ to dismiss me as "some guy who just wants to ***** about stuff", so from now on I'll leave it to the merchants to ask CJ why their affiliates are not being paid.

If you are going to leave it to the merchants then make sure you let them know of your concerns. They use CJ as the "Trusted Third Party" and unless they are aware, they assume all if fine.

Please update us as to these test purchases. I'd really like to hear what the problem was.

Thanks for a refreshing voice of reason Ron.

I've already had a few comments from others to the affect of "why don't you just shut up and stop using CJ."

They just don't get the point. I want what is good.

I work hard to build sites, this is good. For CJ.

I sell a lot of stuff; this is good. For the merchants.

I find that I am not getting commissions on sales that come through my links; this is not good for me.

Either somebody is intercepting commissions or somebody is unable to track and report them.

I just want to do hard work and get paid for it. Period.

    Chief,

If you have information documenting purchases that you made and you feel they did not track, you should provide us this information so we can research the purchases to determine why they did not track. I suggest you submit the confirmation emails from the purchases (along with any other relevant information) via AAQ.

    Chief,

I hear ya. The fact of the matter is, we should not have to police our sales. That is what CJ is supposed to do behind the scenes (Trusted Third Party).
