    Anyone else having problems logging into CJ from time to time today??

    It has been acting up all day. I haven't been able to do anything except log in and sometimes that didn't even work. Everytime I try to add a link I get the log in box again.

    Trouble logging in several times today.

    ALso transactions disappearing intermittently. Several transactions for this morning were showing in reports, then they disappeared for a while: "Sorry, No Results Found
    Transactions: All, Time Period: 7-Apr-2004 - 7-Apr-2004, Type(s): All, Status(es): All, Web Site(s): All, Advertiser(s): All (modify query)

    "

    15 minutes later they are back again.

    Gee, for once I have NOT had problems. Matter of fact, this is 6 or 7 days in a row that CJ has worked error free for me. Sales have been great, too.

    Kudos! I might just start promoting your merchants again if you can keep it up for another week or so.

    I'm going to cut Eastwood a little slack. They've had wonderful up time ever since I joined them and I don't think it's fair to give them a bad time right now. Let's give them a chance to fix things. At least we got quick updates and know that they are aware of the problem and fixing it. That's more than I can say about a lot of merchants and networks.

    While I agree with almost all of your post, It does drive me crazy when pages and pages of products now return missing images on my site due to the new Eastwood site.

    They do convert for me..and Patrice has been very very helpful in the past...it's just I now face several days of additional work to get the pages back to how they were earlier this week..pre-new site. I'm just a frustrated webmaster this week !! Rest assured I will continue promoting Eastwood because like you, I recongnise a quality merchant !!
