Not to mention the 35 cents that I lost the first time CJ deactivated my account.

My account was recently deactivated and reactivated.

Since the reactivation the outstanding balance ($2.98) is missing.

I raised a question via CJ's 'Contact us' mechanism 6 days ago, and it is still in unresolved status. In fact, there is no indication anyone has so much as looked at it.

So now I raise it here.

Question: what happens to the outstanding balances of all the accounts CJ deactivates?

It might be just a few pennies to the individual account holders, but I bet it adds up to a tidy sum.

How is that money accounted for?

    $25.00 service fee - $2.98 = $22.02

    You owe CJ $22.02.

Did they deactivate your account because you had no sales for 6 months?
