    Anybody else having problems searching for products at CJ? Its just timing out on me again. Its been happening quite frequently lately. Its hard to work on my sites, when I can't get a freakin link. I have a DSL connection by the way. Oh well, the other networks are working fine. I guess I'll replace some invalid links with those from somewhere else. Their loss.

    Since yesterday we cannot get product links for
    various merchants with catalogs of more than
    1000 products.. for any search it replies quickly with Sorry, no results found..

    Tested from different locations and even countries, nothing helps sofar..

    Anybody else experiencing the same problem?

    This has been going on for months. I've been complaining about it for months. CJ is definitely aware of the problem, so the real question is, why hasn't it been fixed? Either it's broken beyond repair or it's simply not a priority.

    I have the same problem with the product search and it's really pissing me off as I cannot create links at all without having to scroll through lists and lists of products. Just one more thing we are having to contend with these days!

    Todd! PLEASE!!!
    Resubmit this as URGENT!!! Friday night the products catalog stopped working with the system update of 3:30 am (I know this because for me is Saturday noon here in Italy, and I was working at it) and now it's FIVE DAYS!!!

    It's keeping us from extending a new line of
    products to push, just when we were on a roll
    with it... now I will have to sign up for a
    merchant at SAS offering what we need to go on..
    It's sad, since we really like to work with the
    CJ merchants in this product category...

    No filtering when getting links, is a big problem..
    No links at all for product catalogs with more
    than 1000 items... makes working impossible.

    Please also report on the status, and expected time for fixing.

    Today search in product link results worked, for catalogs with less than 1000 items,
    as far as I tried. But not for bigger ones, leaving products links there unavailable.

    I tried few catalogs with less, and few with more than 1000 items, so it may not be general, but it looks a lot like that.

    Todd, today it worked for a little bit (for you it was mignight) but with the new update at 3:30 am your time the system went down again!!!!!!!!!!

    Please rush upstairs as you read this message!
    It's probably connected to the night update!

    Todd, to update you on this,

    I found that at least one of our merchants with a catalog with more than 1000 items,
    for which product link search worked. But at least 3 that do not work, so it's still
    hardly imaginable that it could be all those merchants feeds or so that are broken.

    And, indeed, my partner who started very early also mentioned that he could access one
    of those 3 catalogs for a little while very early this morning.
