"We were doing search in-house, but recognized early on that we could benefit from Commission Junction's knowledge and expertise by using its CJ Search solution," said Laura Snow, senior eCommerce assistant at Bealls Department Stores. "Because we started with a limited marketing budget, we began with search, but with the success and the lessons learned from our search efforts, we look forward to expanding our relationship with Commission Junction."
A Commission Junction client since Q3 2003, Brooks Brothers signed on for both affiliate marketing and search services simultaneously in order to leverage the strengths of each program to make the other more effective.
"We were originally drawn to Commission Junction for their affiliate marketing prowess, but saw the potential to drive revenue by exploiting the synergies between the affiliate and search programs," said David Rogers, affiliate marketing specialist, E-Commerce at Brooks Brothers. "Strong results with CJ Search have allowed us to increase the breadth of our performance marketing programs. Based on the success of our paid inclusion program, it was a natural next step for us to expand our search marketing efforts by adding paid placement."
