I am finding that I am sending loads of traffic to Dr Jays and my conversions are minute... 1 sale in 2000 clicks. My website is a hip hop fashion portal. Before I boot them off, I would like to hear from other publishers how they feel. If they are working for you then I need to go back to school

I dropped them no sales. Don't waste your time giving them free advertising. Look for merchants that contact affiliates and have coupons and special offers.

I was about to apply for their program but I guess I'm better off finding another merchant

LOL: No sooner than days or weeks from now it will most likely be reversed.

Some of us remember Dr. Jays back in the days when Commission Junction published reversal rates for each merchant. Dr. Jays had an extremely high reversal rate.

You will need highly targeted traffic to score with Dr. Jays, and even then expect 50% reversals.

They used to be ok for one of my sites but then they dropped on particular line of clothing and I haven't made a sale in like 6 months.

An alternative you might consider is MLB.com Shop. We have a lot of apparel that caters to the hip hop audience (of which I am a member - smile). From G-III to the only official shop for Mitchell and Ness on the web (yes, other sites sell the gear, but we have an agreement with Mitchell and Ness). We also carry basketball football and hockey apparel as well. Please take a look, we have affiliate relationships with all or most of the top hip hop sites as it stands. Check it out and let me know your feedback.
