Hi all. Is anyone else unable to access the account manager? The notice states it's available, but when I try to access it, I get a message that it's temporarily unavailable. I wonder if they even know it's broken?

This is normal Diamich. The account manager is usually disabled when they come back online after an upgrade. They'll turn it back on when they're ready.

In the meantime, if you want to check if you had any sales since they went offline, go to the home page and click on "Review new transactions." It's probably not caught up yet though.

The CJ Account Manager was recently unavailable due to a scheduled system upgrade. All transactions were tracked during the site downtime, but your performance reports may be delayed. More details on the estimated time of this delay will be posted to the site by 10 AM PDT on June 10th. Thank you for your patience.

Me too, Zeus. And it was an excellent day.

Maybe they should shut the puppy down more often.

It appears that the Reports tab is the only one still disabled.
Sales and Reversals are rolling in.

I am one of those obessive stats checkers.

What is weird is that this morning I checked and I had a few nice commisions for today. Now, it seems at the aggregate level they are down about 20%...a few of the txns dropped off.

Further, the stats from yesterday are also way off.

Hopefully, the stats will "settle". Maybe that is why the reports are disabled...right now they are inaccurate?

    At least, I hope...

    It's working now.

Hey, Nice Changes CJ! I like the new format (they finally added Sales Amount to the Performance Reports and you can now search an Exact Period instead of just a day or a month).

Sadly, the new features are not retroactive, meaning I can't go back and look at these new features for last month or last year. Would be nice to to some quick comparisons. But it is still a great improvement. Thanks, CJ!

I have...measly though. Unfortunately I also had a HUGE reversal on a $3,342 sale. OUCH!!! I honestly don't understand how it is that a reversal can come through nearly 60 days later for an invalid credit card! Seems lame to me but I know I'll just have to take my lumps.

I believe this data is available for any of the reporting periods, so it should be retroactive. We are still catching up the performance reporting so it will take a few more hours before it is accurate. This mainly affects sale amount in performance reports.
