    Okay, here is my situation:

I have 2 sales with PowWeb, which is really nice as they pay $90 per sale.

This month, I have had 123 highly targeted click throughs (as in, my page describes the package and they click an 'order now' type of button) ... but only one sale. Normally that conversion would be "acceptable" in my books.

Here's my problem. I'm a web designer and I refer my clients to PowWeb. I literally watched one of my clients sign up through my affiliate link ... and the sale never posted. I had to talk to PowWeb to get them to give me credit (which they did without hassle).

So, what if more sales are coming through and they're not being reported? AcK. What is one to do?

    Jason

I am impressed that they gave you the commission but I agree, how many other sales have been lost. I go with Grumpy, find an honest replacement if you can.

Hi, I had the same problem.

I sold a web hosting plan to my friend. I have done all the process with him : click on banner and register.

PowWeb didn't credit my account until I contact them.

I sold this offer mostly to people I know ( my site is starting up, no big traffic )

I will watch my next sale.

The fact that PowWeb ads are being run through WhenU.com is enough of a reason to dump them,
